Interstate Building offers an SMS text messaging program (“the Program”) to keep tenants, owners, and staff informed. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Types of Messages
Messages sent through the Program may include:
- Building announcements and general notices
- Maintenance, facilities, and utility updates
- Board of Directors and meeting reminders
- Holiday/office schedule changes
- Time-sensitive or emergency alerts (e.g., safety notices, building closures, evacuation instructions)
The Program is intended to be used for both routine communications and, when needed, urgent notifications that cannot wait for email to be read.
Consent / How to Opt In
You may opt in to the Program by providing your mobile number to the Building Manager’s Office (in writing, verbally, or through an online form) and confirming your consent to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on building activity. During an emergency or urgent situation, you may receive an increased number of messages in a short period.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from the Program. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You may opt back in at any time by re-enrolling as described above.
